The Magnanimous Britania

ATI-CARAGA held  Annual Year End Assessment and Planning at Britania San Agustin, Surigao del Sur.

Our 2-day stay in Britania sounded great care of La Entrada, Resort and Restaurant. We arrived there at almost 4:00 pm, so we still have time to take a nap since we can't stroll around because of heavy rains.

Dinner was served at 6:30 pm.

Jam on Live Acoustic Band
party! party!
Merry Christmas from La Entrada!!
Took this photo out of my 'art-curiosity' :)
This is our cottage viewed at the dining area.
 DAY 2

Island hopping.

Despite the rain, Britania is just so pretty as its name itself. Marvelous islets are so inviting.
Really can't wait to stop one so that we could go swimming.

Group-1 now on board.

Officemates were having good time.

Our Center Director, Mam Nitz with Mam Jo, Te Miles and Te Nena.
ATI staff via cam-on-timer :)
Another pose before everybody settled on the beach.

Work While you Work

Work while you work,
Play while you play,
This is the way
To be happy each day.

All that you do,
Do with your might,
Things done by half
Are never done right.

Travel to Islander's Castle and PBMA-Holy Land

There's no place Like HOME.

San Jose, is the capital of the Province of Dinagat Islands. Hometown of the famous Ecleo family. Why the name so familiar? It is because their father Ruben Ecleo Sr. have founded an association called Philippine Benevolent Missionaries Association (PBMA).
...Since being chartered in 1965, the PBMA has virtually turned the entire island into a fiefdom of the Ecleos. Upon the senior Ecleo's death in 1987 he was succeeded by his son Ruben Ecleo, Jr. Considered by followers to be a reincarnation of Jesus Christ, Ecleo has an estimated one million members in the central and southern Philippines. The PBMA has been referred to as a real benevolent by the BBC and the Manila Times. The Manila Times estimates the group has raised at least P35 million in entrance fees from its members since its founding.
In this municipality also rise the beautiful Islanders Castle (mansion of the Ecleo) at the top of the hill that is km. ride from the port area.

View from Islanders Castle

Adjacent to it, is their Holy Land (where the Mausoleum of Ruben Ecleo Sr. be seen). They say, a visit to the Holy land could be a once-in-a-lifetime experience unless if you become a member :) and they are correct. The place is well guarded by the security team and you cannot just ask to like visit or even see what's in there. I'm just so lucky to have joined with DA-Regional Executive Director and ATI-Director who have engineer-friend happens to design the castle. :) It's just a plain no-plan-trip for me.

Shattered dreams turns into "The Most Unforgettable Trip"

Zest Travel: Province of Dinagat Islands

We were about to dock when I saw these boys fishing few distance in our boat.

Men getting ready to get off the boat.

L.C.E Basilisa.

Island Hopping. :)

The screen of the window adds effect on the outside view.

We were at the balcony of  Bahay Turista, San Jose, D.I when the sun set gracefully and strike its rays in our face.

This view is just 3-5 minutes before I took the last photo following.

Landscape position of sunset that appears so inviting to watch.

Port of San Jose.

Boat that would take us from San Jose to Surigao City and vice versa. The trip took about 1 and a half hour.

Such beauty I can hardly forget!

Inspired from Natgeo photography. :) No harm in trying!

Lalaking Bukid. It really look like one.

Awesome views down from the Provincial Capitol of  Dinagat Islands.

Oasis. Of course not! But seem to me it looks the same.
